This Panel Harness, like all of my harnesses, doesn't have ANY O rings. The straps cross in the front of the neck, and buckle in the back. These are VERY confining.

This is the same as the Panel Harness Gag, except there is no ball attached. The front panel is flat and lies nicely when used. You can either use this gag as is, or use with a handkerchief. It is your choice. It is made to fit just about anyone.
